Investing in the next generation of international commerce professionals through scholarships, education, and community service.
At the heart of ICCNJ is a deep commitment to giving back. From our very first scholarship in 1983, we have invested in the future of international commerce by supporting students, educating professionals, and contributing to the broader community.
The ICC of New Jersey now awards several student scholarships annually, as well as other industry-related charitable donations through the ICC Gives Back program. Every dollar raised goes toward building a stronger, more educated international commerce workforce in New Jersey and beyond.
"Giving back to the International Commerce Community"
First scholarship awarded: 1983
Scholarships awarded annually since incorporation
Each year, ICCNJ awards scholarships to deserving students pursuing studies in international trade, logistics, supply chain management, and related fields. The scholarship program has been a cornerstone of ICCNJ since 1983.
We host speaking events featuring leaders from federal and state government, the Federal Maritime Commission, U.S. Customs, and leading trade publications — keeping our members at the forefront of industry knowledge.
ICCNJ actively invests in the next generation through dedicated Young Logistics Professionals networking events — connecting emerging talent with established industry leaders and creating mentorship opportunities.
Beyond scholarships, ICCNJ makes industry-related charitable donations that support organizations aligned with our mission of advancing international commerce education and community development.
Since awarding its first scholarship in 1983, the International Commerce Club of New Jersey has remained committed to supporting students pursuing careers in international trade, logistics, and supply chain management.
The ICCNJ Scholarship Program annually recognizes and supports talented students who demonstrate academic excellence and a passion for international commerce. Recipients are selected by the Scholarship Committee, chaired by Michael C. Zachariades.
Scholarship Committee Members: Michael C. Zachariades, Rich Moore, Brooke Geringer, Carleen Conklin
